Summary of Duties:
Include but are not limited to the following: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide IT support at Magic Waters. This includes all aspects of desktop support, receipt printers, Boca printers, wireless grill printers, and cash drawers. Assistance with network operations and wireless may also occur. Provide desktop support for all Park District locations.

Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age
-High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
-Experience with personal computers, laptops, printers
-Some experience with Local Area Network hardware and cabling, wireless
-Some customer service experience a plus
-Good communication skills-written, oral, and interpersonal
-Good customer service and computer skills
-Keyboarding and some familiarity with database systems
-Must possess good organizational skills and be able to pay attention to detail
-Commitment to follow procedures exactly and in the correct order
-Must be available to work between the hours of 5:00AM. – 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week. Hours will vary based facility need.
-Must be available seasonally up to 20+ hours per week
-First Aid, CPR, and AED training (can be obtained through the Rockford Park District)

-Medium to Light work:
Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally

• Assembler - up to $23.00/hr (mechanical, pipefitters and electrical) need 3-4, all first shft. 

• CMM Operator - 2nd shift - up to $20.00/hr 

• Maintenance Technician 2nd shift - up to $23.00/hr 

• Maintenance HVAC - up to $20-23/hr 

2nd and 3rd shift also have a $2.00/hr shift premium.

Stillman Bank is offering a summer part-time IT position for a student.  We have 6 locations throughout the area but the main office where the student will be located is in Stillman Valley.  The individual selected for the position will have the opportunity to shadow the Systems Administrator of the bank and assist with day to day operations and other ongoing projects.  This would include possible travel to any of our 6 locations so the applicant must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and proof of an insured vehicle for transportation.
Some of the key systems that the student will be working with include the following:

·       Exchange 2010
·       Cisco Call Manager/VOIP
·       Cisco Routers/Switches (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS Network)
·       Server 2008/2012
·       HP Switches (Multiple VLANs)
·       Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016
·       Core Banking System


An interview process will be used to select the candidate.  Compensation and hours will be discussed in further detail once a candidate has been chosen but possible hours would be between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with the possible chance of evening / weekend hours on occasion.
