​internship: REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT

​Ticomix has an internship in their Managed IT Services team.

The individual in this internship role would be providing remote desktop support. This support could range from individual PC’s to servers. This role would also be conducting server monitoring and maintenance, and test, restore and back-up maintenance. Lastly, this position would be responsible for keeping clients updated on the progress on their open ticket.
